End-user undertakings
- An end-user certificate or equivalent may be required
- Systems may not be re-transferred without Buraq's written consent
- Use must comply with applicable spectrum, export and national regulations
Our right to refuse
Buraq may decline any order where end use cannot be verified or appears unlawful.
